From the initial contact with E Care Medical Supplies (store visit with Ms. Kelsey) to the delivery of the lift chair that we purchased ( Golden Technology Cloud) we have been incredibly impressed with the company and its representatives. Ms. Kelsey was exceptionally knowledgeable about the various chairs and the features that they provided. The White Glove Delivery team of James and Aron was flawless. They were prompt and very methodical with the setup of the chair. Mr. James reviewed the operation of the chair with us to make sure that the chair was fully functional and working properly. He very patiently answered every question that we had on our list and had my husband to sit in and demonstrate the controls/use of the chair. My parents purchased a lift recliner from eCare for my dad. There were a lot of chair options and fabric/colors to choose from. Delivery was made in the Navasota/Hempstead area with no problem. My parents could not be there for delivery so my husband was there. James and Aron provided exceptional service. Not only did they go through all the details about the chair with my husband, but they also let him FaceTime my mom and went over it all again with her. They also took time to answer all the questions she had.

James delivered my lift chair today ahead of my shoulder surgery tomorrow morning. Was exactly on time as he said he would be. Very pleasant young man who was very polite and had my chair set up and ready in just a short time. He explained all the details and gave me a rundown on how everything worked. After a few minutes of conversation on how I hurt my shoulder and it was while gator hunting in September. Well that’s when he found out I had been on Swamp People. I gave him a little tour of my shop and explained a little bit of what I do. If every business had an employee like James, they would always have customers. I know that I will probably be having surgeries as long as I keep going wide open and will use this company when me or my family needs medical equipment. I purchased a power lift recliner for my mother from E Care and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Ordering was easy and the chair was delivered within one week to my mother's assisted living facility.
James, the person who delivered the chair, was very personable, professional and courteous. He was thorough in setting up the chair, making sure there was enough length on the power cord and made sure my husband and I understood how to use the chair so we could instruct my mother.
