What does the Twilight motor actually do?

On Twilight models, an additional motor controls the tilt of the chair base (the cradle tilt). This works together with the back and footrest adjustments to help you dial in comfort positions like TV, Zero Gravity-style, and deeper recline positions (varies by model).

Can I donate gently used medical equipment?

Yes! We accept gently used equipment in good condition. Just call first so we can confirm it’s safe and suitable. Your donation can help another family in need.

Can I use FSA and HSA benefits for a Hoyer lift rental or to buy a patient lift?

Yes—many customers request a Hoyer lift rental for short-term care and later choose to buy a patient lift for long-term needs. Very pleasant young man who was very polite and had my chair set up and ready in just a short time. He explained all the details and gave me a rundown on how everything worked.
